When will my presale order ship?
a. All presale items are made-to-order. Production begins after the presale closes.
b. Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks, with a maximum of 16 weeks in rare cases.
c. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before production begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

What if my item doesn’t arrive in 16 weeks?
If your order is not delivered within 16 weeks, you may choose to:
Request a full refund, or
Continue waiting for your item.

What if my item is defective or incorrect?
We will replace or refund items with major defects (tears, rips, wrong item sent).
Minor imperfections (slight color variation, loose threads) are not considered defects.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Because presale items are made-to-order, exchanges for sizing are not accepted once production starts.
Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
How do I request a refund?
For pre-production cancellations, contact us with your order number.
For defective items or 16-week delivery delays, email contact@achebrand.com
with your order number and any supporting information.
Refunds are processed through your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No, if the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
For other cases, returns are not accepted once production starts.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we will send tracking details by email.
